  • Is Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) safe?

KAP is grounded in a multi-layered safety approach. Before beginning treatment, each client undergoes a comprehensive medical and psychological evaluation to ensure it’s appropriate and safe. During sessions, ketamine is administered in a controlled setting with careful dosing and clinical monitoring.

Therapeutic support is built into every stage-from preparation to integration-with licensed professionals guiding emotional processing and providing ongoing care. Our safety protocols are designed to prioritize your well-being, creating a secure, supportive environment for healing and transformation.

  • What is the difference between art therapy and psychotherapy?

Both art therapy and traditional psychotherapy offer a supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal goals- such as reducing distress, building coping skills, and fostering self-awareness. The key difference is that art therapy incorporates creative expression as a central part of the healing process.

In art therapy, making art becomes a powerful form of communication, especially when words feel limiting. The artwork created in session can help uncover deeper insights, serving as a reflection of your inner experience and opening the door to both visual and verbal exploration.
